March 20, 1981 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 08-81 SUBJECT : Changing the Dates of Submission of Reports on Collections of Delinquent Accounts TO : All Revenue Regional Directors and Others Concerned In accordance with the agreement reached during the last Revenue Regional Directors' Conference, February 2 to 6, 1981, Section E, first paragraph thereof Revenue Memorandum Order No. 21-77 is hereby amended to read as follows: "E. Submission of Reports Required herein: The following reports which are required to be prepared monthly, (except those under BIR Form Nos. 12.49 to 12.52 which shall be prepared quarterly), must be submitted within ten (10) days after the end of each calendar quarter to the appropriate collection units. 1. Monthly List of Transfer-In Accounts (BIR Form No. 12.45) 2. Monthly List of Transfer-Out Accounts (BIR Form No. 12.46) 3. Monthly List of Accounts Cancelled by ATCA (BIR Form No. 12.47) 4. Monthly List of Accounts Paid (BIR Form No. 12.48) 5. Quarterly Inventory List of Tax Accounts Under Review in the Bureau (BIR Form No. 12.49) 6. Quarterly Inventory List of Tax Accounts Pending in Court (BIR Form No. 12.50) 7. Quarterly Inventory List of Tax Accounts Suspended (BIR Form No. 12.51) 8. Quarterly Inventory List of Tax Accounts Under WDL (there is no pending appeal in the Bureau or in Court). (BIR Form No. 12.52) aisa dc 9.
