February 7, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 08-77 SUBJECT : Addendum to RMO No. 45-76, Otherwise Known as "Random Check of Revenue Official Receipts Issued to Taxpayers Compared with the BIR Copies Thereof " TO : All Internal Revenue Officers Concerned For the purpose of providing a uniform and systematic reporting of revenue official receipts in the possession of taxpayers checked at random and compared with the Collection Agent's copies of revenue official receipts by district office teams created for the purpose as prescribed under RMO No. 45-76, dated November 9, 1976, this RMO is hereby promulgated. District Office teams conducting the random check of RORs in the possession of taxpayers and comparing them with the BIR corresponding copies retained by the Collection Agents shall accomplish in a standard report form in three (3) copies every 15th of each month, sample of which is hereto attached and marked as Annex "A". The original of the said report shall be submitted to the Revenue Service Chief (Collection), the duplicate to the RDO, and the triplicate to be submitted to the Regional Director.
