February 4, 1970 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 08-70 Acceding to the request of the Honorable, Congressman Constantino Navarro, and pursuant to the provisions of Administrative Order No. 42, series of 1937, Mrs. PRESENTACION CARBONILLA is hereby detailed to the Office of Congressman Navarro from June 1, 1969 to December 31, 1969. aisa dc Mrs. Carbonilla's detail in the said Office is without additional compensation and she shall not be allowed to collect per diems during the period of her temporary assignment. The detail shall not be used as a basis for the future reclassification of the position she presently occupies nor should she be given priority in matters of promotion. MISAEL P. It is likewise requested that the corresponding Memorandum Order for the temporary detail of Mrs. PRESENTACION CARBONILLA of that Bureau to the Office of Congressman Constantino C. Navarro be submitted through this Department to the authorities concerned for appropriate action. PEDRO M. Navarro, House of Representatives, is hereby authorized, effective June 1, 1969 up to but not beyond December 31, 1969, subject to the provisions of Section 684 of the Revised Administrative Code. This detail shall not involve the payment of any additional emoluments or compensation, per diems, transportation or representation allowances, or any form of financial benefits whatsoever.
