March 4, 1997 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 07-97 SUBJECT : Creation and Restoration of Alphanumeric Tax Codes of Revenue Sources-For Proper Classification of Taxes TO : All Collection Agents, Revenue District Officers and other Internal Revenue Officers Concerned I. Objective : In order to incorporate the provisions of R.A. No. 8241 (Act amending R..A. No. 7716-Expanded VAT Law) as promulgated in Revenue Regulation No. 6-97 which amended some sections of Revenue Regulation No. 7-95, the following ATCs are hereby created and restored. LexLib KIND OF TAXES: ATC I. Creation of New ATC Withholding of Credible VAT on Government WV030 Public Work Contractors II. Restoration of ATC Tax on Franchises from Radio/Television Broad- PT070 casting whose annual gross receipt does not exceed P10,000,000.00 PT070 is hereby restored as it was dropped in RMO No. 42-92 dated May 31, 1994.
