Prescribing the Use of BIR Form No. 1233 for the Submission of Annual Work Plan by Revenue Region

January 18, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 07-77 SUBJECT : Prescribing the Use of BIR Form No. 1233 for the Submission of Annual Work Plan by Revenue Region In order to establish uniformity in the preparation of regional annual work plans, facilitate the submission thereof, and simplify the evaluation of regional performance in the different areas of collection, the use of BIR Form No. 1233, copy attached, is hereby prescribed. To be of maximum use, the said work plans should be complete in all respects in accordance with the prescribed form. Whenever the data called for is not applicable to a certain region, the letters "N.A." or the words "Not Applicable" should be stated in the appropriate spaces. cdta The annual work plans should be prepared end submitted early enough, in time to reach the Office of the Commissioner not later than the 15th of December every year. However, regional offices which have not yet submitted their work plans for calendar year 1977 are given up to February 28. 1977 to do so. Strict compliance herewith is desired. EFREN I.
