January 29, 1968 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 07-68 The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring, and in view of the shortage of manpower in the Cash Division, Mrs. RESTITUTA T. ALBOLIRAS, Cashier I, is hereby designated as Special Disbursing Officer in the Cash & Disbursement Division, to perform the duties as such for a period of six (6) months from the date of approval.
