February 16, 2001 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 07-01 TO : All Regional Directors Assistant Regional Directors and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Amendment to RMO No. 31-99 on Signatories of Checks Drawn Against Regional Bank Accounts Effective immediately, the following regional officials are hereby designated as signing officials for checks drawn against the Regional Bank Accounts maintained with Government Depository Banks: Signing Official - Chief, Administrative Division - Asst. Chief, Administrative Division, - as alternate Countersigning Official - Asst.
