July 5, 2010 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 063-10 SUBJECT : Assumption to Duty of Kim S. Jacinto-Henares as Commissioner of Internal Revenue TO : All Internal Revenue Officials and Others Concerned In view of my assumption of the duties of Commissioner of Internal Revenue effective 2 July 2010, all papers and correspondence prepared for the signature of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue pursuant to the provisions of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 65-75 dated 28 November 1975 and other subsequent Orders, shall be prepared in the following manner: EHIcaT KIM S.
