Revised and Compilation of 1994 Work Plans pursuant to RMO No. 50-93

1994 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 06-94 SUBJECT : Revised and Compilation of 1994 Work Plans pursuant to RMO No. 50-93 TO : All Assistant Commissioners, Regional Directors and Others Concerned I. OBJECTIVES: In view of major developments (including streamlining, redistricting, etc.) that arose after the submission of the 1994 Work Plans by the different offices pursuant to RMO No. 50-93, the Assistant Commissioner and Regional Directors can revise and re-submit the work plans previously submitted. Furthermore a consolidation, review and feedback process is hereby prescribed. cdt II. PROCEDURES: The offices which are affected by the redistricting and newly created divisions/offices are required to submit revised work plans. All other offices have the discretion of either maintaining or revising the work plans previously submitted. Work plans that will be revised, following the procedures/format prescribed in RMO No. 50-93, are to be submitted to the National Office not later than February 15, 1994. The concerned Assistant Commissioner will compile and consolidate all work plans relative to the program(s) they are administering pursuant to RMO No. 50-93 and prepare a report (following the format in Annex A) and submit the same to the Commissioner (Copies furnished the Deputy Commissioners and Chief, Planning Division) not later than February 28, 1994. The concerned assistant Commissioner should provide feedback to all Regional Directors and the other Assistant Commissioners of acceptance and/or revision of the submitted work plans not later than March 7, 1994 (following the format in Annex B), copy furnished the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioners and Chief, Planning Division. acd LIWAYWAY VINZONS-CHATO Commissioner of Internal Revenue ANNEX A Consolidated Report on 1994 Work Plans submitted for ________________ Program 1.
