March 15, 1985 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 06-85 SUBJECT : Authority to Sign Communications, Memoranda, Correspondence and Papers Addressed to Other Government Ministries, Bureaus, Commissions and Agencies TO : All Revenue Service Chiefs, Regional Directors, Chiefs of Divisions and All Others Concerned All official communications, memoranda, correspondence and papers originating from the National Office, including all the services, divisions and units thereunder and invariably addressed to other government ministries, bureaus, commissions and agencies shall be signed by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, or in his absence, the Deputy Commissioners of Internal Revenue, as the case may be, subject to the delineation of functions set forth under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 6-81 dated March 25, 1981. casia Ordinary and routine indorsements, referrals and letters may be signed in the name of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue or Deputy Commissioners of Internal Revenue, by the Revenue Service Chief from where the same originated. Provisions of Revenue Memorandum Orders and other pertinent issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby amended or revoked accordingly. acd This Order takes effect immediately. (SGD.) RUBEN B.
