November 12, 2018 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 053-18 SUBJECT : Revised BIR Form No. 0044 (Request for System Access/Access Revocation) TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned I. Objective This Order promulgates: the use of the revised BIR Form No. 0044 (Request for System Access/Access Revocation/Annex A) ATICcS the discontinued use of BIR Form No. 0037 (Request for Revocation of Access) II. Policy Directive The revised BIR Form No. 0044 shall be used by BIR revenue personnel and/or third parties: requesting access to BIR applications/systems, except Electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS). (Those requesting access to eFPS shall continue to use BIR Form No. 0043 (Electronic Filing and Payment System Access Request)) requesting revocation of access to BIR applications/systems, including eFPS. III. Repealing Clause All issuances inconsistent with this Order are hereby repealed and/or revoked accordingly. ETHIDa IV. Effectivity This Order takes effect immediately. (SGD.) CAESAR R.
