November 6, 2018 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 051-18 SUBJECT : Amending Portion of Annex A as Attachment to RMO No. 12-2018 Prescribing the CY 2018 Operational Key Performance Indicators TO : All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned I. OBJECTIVE This Order is issued to amend certain portions in Annex A of RMO No. 12-2018 relative to the CY 2018 BIR Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). ITAaHc II. AMENDMENT Amending the " Formula ," " Target " and " KPI Weight " portions in Annex A of RMO No. 12-2018 for the KPI No. 9 Expedite Updating of Schedule of Zonal Values (please refer to attached Annex A). III. REPEALING CLAUSE The related portions of Annex A of RMO No. 12-2018 which is inconsistent herewith is hereby repealed and amended accordingly. IV.
