OBJECTIVES This Order is issued to amend a portion of RMO No. 7-2019 relative to the BIR Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for CY 2019. II. AMENDMENT Amending the "No. 8 of Annex A on CY 2019 Operational Key Performance Indicators Accomplishments" wherein KPI formula is revised as follows: No. KPI Formula 8 Reduction of Tax Arrears 2019 Arrears Collected and Cancelled Thru ATCA 2018 Arrears Collected and Cancelled Thru ATCA x 100 2019 Total Accounts Handled 2018 Total Accounts Handled III. REPEALING CLAUSE The related portion of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 7-2019 which are inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed and amended accordingly. IV.
