January 29, 1979 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 05-79 SUBJECT : Prescribing the Assignments of Revenue Performance Officers TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned To promote greater efficiency and pinpoint responsibility in the discharge by Revenue Performance Officers of their duties as defined by Revenue Administrative Order No. 7-75 dated July 1, 1975 and Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 23-75 dated August 22, 1975, as implemented by Revenue Memorandum Order No. 1-77 dated November 26, 1976, the following assignments of Revenue Performance Officers are hereby prescribed for the information, guidance and compliance of all concerned: cdt Revenue Revenue Region No. Performance Officers 1 Baguio City ) Benito Diaz 2 Tuguegarao, Cagayan ) Dominador Estrella 3A San Fernando, Pampanga ) 4A Manila ) Salvador Hilario 4B Quezon City ) Luz Santos 3B Valenzuela ) Vicente Caluag 4-C San Pablo City ) Bayani Subido 5 Legaspi City ) 5A Iloilo City ) Akmadul Sarrapudin 6B Bacolod City ) Manuel del Rosario 7 Cebu City ) Genaro Lualhati 8 Tacloban City ) Lauro Mozo 9 Zamboanga City ) 10A Cagayan de Oro City ) 10B Butuan City ) Ireneo Santos, Jr. 11A Cotabato City ) Benjamin Golez 11B Davao City ) If the exigency of the service so requires, the Head or Officer-in-Charge of the Division may require any performance officer to assist another performance officer or team. All previous orders, circulars, and other issuances or portions thereof which are inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked.
