January 8, 1975 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 05-75 The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring and in view of the lack of examiners in Dagupan City, Mrs. LOLITA O. CABINTA, Cash Clerk, is hereby designated as Acting Revenue Examiner in the Assessment Branch of the same region. As Acting Examiner she is authorized to conduct investigations in the said Revenue Region. This Order takes effect immediately and the designation shall continue to be in force and in effect while she is assigned in Revenue Region No. 3, Dagupan City. MISAEL P.
