January 22, 1973 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 05-73 In connection with the setting up of a Radio Communications Network by the Bureau of Internal Revenue, wherein only qualified personnel are authorized by the Radio Control Office to man and operate base and mobile stations, the Bureau of Internal Revenue is conducting an in-service training on Radio Laws and Regulations, traffic handling and procedures including equipment operations, knowledge of which is a pre-requisite for operations handling. The training will cover the period from January 29 to February 2, 1973, from 1:00 o'clock p.m. to 5:00 o'clock p.m. and will cover the aforementioned subjects. Immediately after the termination of said training, the Radio Control Office will give an examination to the participants thereof entitled "Restricted Land Mobile Radio-Telephone Operator." aisa dc To this end, all participants will be furnished copies of pertinent radio laws and regulations. The program covering the said training is attached hereto for reference and guidance. It will be noted therein that the resource persons will be recommended by the Radio Control Office.
