Measure Dictionary for the CY 2019 Operational KPIs

September 5, 2019 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 048-19 SUBJECT : Measure Dictionary for the CY 2019 Operational KPIs TO : All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees I. BACKGROUND Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 7-2019 was issued to prescribe the CY 2019 Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). In order to have a common understanding and uniformity in its implementation, a Measure Dictionary is prepared which contains the profile of the Operational KPIs. II. OBJECTIVE This Order is being issued to prescribe the definitions of the CY 2019 Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI), as indicated in the Measure Dictionary. III. POLICIES AND GUIDELINES The following are the policies and guidelines: 1. The Measure Dictionary shall contain the following information: 1.1 Name of the measure/KPI 1.2 Formula 1.3 Definition of the Numerator and Denominator 1.4 Data source for the Numerator and Denominator 1.5 Measure Owner 1.6 Target of the KPI 1.7 Office/s to which the measure/KPI applies 2. This shall be used as a reference document in the implementation of RMO No. 7-2019, which prescribed the CY 2019 Operational KPIs as well as in monitoring and preparation of accomplishment and evaluation reports. 3. This shall be reviewed/revisited and updated as the need arises. IV. REPEALING CLAUSE All revenue issuances or portions thereof inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed or amended accordingly. V.
