July 18, 2019 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 043-19 SUBJECT : Amending Portion of RMO No. 7-2019 TO : All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned I. OBJECTIVES This Order is issued to amend certain portion in RMO No. 7-2019 relative to the BIR Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for CY 2019. II. AMENDMENT Amending the "II. Policies, No. 4" of RMO No. 7-2019, particularly for KPI No. 9 Reduction of valid TAMP Stop-Filer Cases wherein the LT Document Processing & Quality Assurance Division (LTDPQAD) is excluded from the implementing office(s). KPI NO. KPI Implementing Office(s) 9 Reduction of valid TAMP Stop-Filer Cases LTD-Cebu City, LTD-Davao City, LT Collection Enforcement Division (LTCED), Excise LT Regulatory Division (ELTRD), LT Assistance Division (LTAD) III. REPEALING CLAUSE The related portion of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 7-2019 which are inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed and amended accordingly. IV.
