January 22, 1993 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 04-93 SUBJECT : Modification of the Consolidated Report of Daily Collections of Internal Revenue Taxes (CRDC) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Bank Officials and Employees and Others Concerned I. Objective: This Order is issued to simplify the preparation of the Consolidated Report of Daily Collections of Internal Revenue Taxes (CRDC) required under RMO Nos. 19-91 and 29-91. II. General Guidelines: A. The revised CRDC format (Annex A) shall be used by the accredited agent bank (AAB) head offices in the preparation of required report and remittance of tax collections beginning February 1, 1993. B. A consolidated debit advice as shown in the lower half portion of the CRDC shall be prepared to cover various collection days with remittance dates falling on a Monday, weekend and/or holiday preceding a working day. C. Reports on Returned/Dishonored Checks (if any) required to be attached to the CRDC shall only be those that have been duly acknowledged by the Revenue Accounting Division. III. Specific Instructions: A. The AAB Head Office shall: 1. Prepare a CRDC inclusive of the debit advice (lower half portion of the CRDC) for each collection day, with remittance date falling on a workday except Monday. 2. Prepare a CRDC for each collection day, with remittance date falling on a Monday, a weekend or a holiday preceding a working day. Afterwhich, a consolidated debit advice shall be prepared using the last page of the CRDC of the latest collection date. 3. Make certain that Report/s on Returned/Dishonored Checks (if any) are attached to the CRDC and that said reports are only those duly acknowledged by the Revenue Accounting Division. B. The Revenue Accounting Division shall follow the procedures as provided for in RMO Nos. 19-91 and 29-91. IV. Repealing Clause: This Order hereby repeals and/or amends accordingly all issuances or portions thereof inconsistent herewith. aisa dc V.
