February 23, 1981 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 04-81 SUBJECT : Submission of Report on Original Appointments of the Current Personnel Strength TO : Service/Office Chiefs, Regional Directors, Division Chiefs, Regional District Officers and all Heads of Units In order to maintain an up-to-date and accurate information on personnel transfers for planning, policy formulation and other purposes, it is hereby directed that each Service/Office/Region accomplish and submit the attached forms on current personnel accounting and current personnel strength. In preparing the above report, names/positions should be arranged by section within each division or by unit of organization within each region. cdt All report shall be submitted to the Personnel Division, National Office and a copy to the Commissioner's Office on or before March 2, 1981.
