February 9, 1979 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 04-79 SUBJECT : Further Amending RMO No. 65-75, as Amended, Designating the Officials Authorized to Sign Correspondence and Papers in the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Defining the Flow of Papers and Correspondence TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned I. In order to expedite action on certain correspondence and papers and so as to reduce the work load in certain offices especially of matters which are voluminous yet routinary in nature, the following amendments to the said Memorandum Order are hereby promulgated for the guidance of all concerned: cdt A. Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue 1. Original permits to engage in business as wholesale leaf tobacco dealer. B. Specific Tax Service Chief 1.
