January 27, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 04-77 SUBJECT : Amendment to Revenue Memorandum Order No. 23-76 Prescribing the Wearing of Uniform of Lady Officials and Employees TO : All Concerned In connection with Memorandum Circular No. 658 dated August 23, 1973 of the Office of the President, requiring all lady employees to wear uniform, an additional inner blouse and skirt is hereby issued to augment the previous prescribed uniform under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 23-76, viz: A. Description 1.Inner blouse Material Trilobal Color Rust 2.Skirt Material) same as existing Color) uniform B. Manner of Wearing 1. The three (3) piece ensemble shall be worn from Monday Thru Friday. 2. The new inner blouse (rust) shall be worn on Fridays. Accordingly, the colors of the inner blouses for the week are as follows: MONDAY & WEDNESDAY Old Rose TUESDAY & THURSDAY Green FRIDAY Rust No interchange of colors for said inner blouses shall be tolerated. 3. The color of the shoes to be worn with any of the uniforms while limited to black, brown, beige or any combination thereof could be interchanged. C. Exceptions All lady officials and employees of the Bureau shall be required to wear the prescribed uniform including those who are in mourning. Only those who are in the later stages of pregnancy shall not be required to use the prescribed uniform. However they shall not be allowed to wear long dresses or any other informal attire. cd D. Prohibition 1. No innovation or deviation from the prescribed style and colors shall be allowed. 2. Wearing of slippers or step-in along the corridors shall not be tolerated. E. Punitive Measures Strict compliance with the requirements of RMO 23-76, as amended, by all concerned is hereby enjoined. Violations thereof, shall be reported to the Chief, Internal Security Division for appropriate action. This Order takes effect immediately. aisa dc EFREN I.
