January 9, 1964 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 04-64 In view of my assumption of duties as Acting Commissioner of Internal Revenue as of this date, all papers and correspondence prepared for the signature of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue pursuant to the provisions of Memorandum Order No. V-862 dated September 8, 1958, should be prepared in the following manner until further orders from this Office.
