August 17, 2018 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 039-18 SUBJECT : Amending Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 25-2018 dated May 28, 2018 re: Prescribing the Guidelines and Procedures in the Conduct of Pre-Repair Inspection and Inspection & Acceptance of Deliveries of Goods and Services, Infrastructure Projects and Consulting Services in the Bureau of Internal Revenue TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned This Order is being issued to amend III.B of RMO No. 25-2018 relative to the composition of the Regional Inspection Committee to read as follows: AScHCD III.B. Regional Inspection Committee: Chairperson : Chief, Regional Investigation Division Vice-Chairperson : Assistant Chief, Regional Investigation Division Members : 1. Assistant Chief, Collection Division 2. Two members that may be appointed by the Regional Director V.A.3. Members, IC (NO)/RR/RDO REPEALING CLAUSE: The pertinent portions of Section III.B and V.A.3 of RMO No. 25-2018 which is inconsistent herewith is hereby repealed and amended accordingly.
