July 24, 2018 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 037-18 SUBJECT : Amending Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 26-2013 Dated September 17, 2013 re: BIR Strategic Performance Management System (BIR SPMS) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned I. OBJECTIVE: This Order is being issued to amend certain portions of RMO No. 26-2013 relative to the BIR SPMS to read as follows: AaCTcI "IV. POLICIES: xxx xxx xxx 14. The Regional Office, Revenue District Office, Regional Divisions and Large Taxpayers Service shall adopt as success indicators the Operational Key Performance Indicators prescribed in the preparation of Office Performance Commitment Review (OPCR) Form. VII. PROCEDURES: xxx xxx xxx 5. The following shall be the schedule on the submission of required reports/documents: " Activity Submitted to Deadline of Submission 1st Semester 2nd Semester Submission of OPCR (Performance Plan) Planning and Programming Division January 15 July 15 Submission of OPCR (Performance Evaluation) Planning and Programming Division August 25 February 25 The Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) Form is revised in the prescribed format as per attached Annex "A." II. REPEALING CLAUSE: The pertinent portion of RMO No. 26-2013 which are inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, amended and modified accordingly. III.
