June 27, 2016 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 035-16 SUBJECT : Revised Consolidated Warrant of Distraint and/or Levy (WDL) Status Report with Monthly Consolidated List of Seized Properties as an Additional Annex Report TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned This Order is issued to prescribe the use of the new Revised Consolidated Warrant of Distraint and/or Levy (WDL) Status Report (Annex 300-1.59 in the Collection Manual) and its additional Annex Report for Monthly Consolidated List of Seized Properties. (Annex "A" and "B") All concerned Revenue Officers and other employees are directed to use these reports immediately after the approval of this Order. (SGD.) KIM S.
