March 16, 2010 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 034-10 SUBJECT : Amending Section II (2) of R MO 17-20 10 Dated February 1, 2010 re: Wearing of Prescribed BIR Uniforms and/or ID TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned, Section II (2) of RMO 17-2010 dated February 1, 2010 is hereby amended to read as follows: "2. Assistant Commissioners, Head Revenue Executive Assistants, Regional Directors, Assistant Regional Directors, Revenue Data Center Heads, Revenue District Officers, Division Chiefs, Officers-In-Charge of Districts/Divisions, other holders of Director I, CRO IV, Attorney V and other equivalent items, and all lawyers who attend court hearings are exempted from wearing the prescribed uniform. However, they must be dressed appropriately, preferably in business attire." This Order amends pertinent portion of RMO 17-2010, and shall take effect immediately. TDCAIS (SGD.) JOEL L.
