September 17, 2020 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 033-20 SUBJECT : Creation of Alphanumeric Tax Code (ATC) for Fuel Marking Fee Pursuant to the Implementation of Republic Act (RA) No. 10963, Otherwise Known as the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law TO : All Collection Agents, Revenue District Officers and Other Internal Revenue Officers Concerned I. OBJECTIVE: To facilitate the proper identification and monitoring of collection of the Fuel Marking Fees in connection with the implementation of the Fuel Marking Program (FMP) under RA No. 10963 and for inclusion in BIR Form No. 0623 (Fuel Marking Fee Form), the following ATC is hereby created: SDAaTC ATC Description Legal Basis BIR Form No. NT010 Fuel Marking Fee RA No. 10963 0623 II. REPEALING CLAUSE: This Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) revises portions of all other issuances inconsistent herewith. III. EFFECTIVITY: This RMO shall take effect immediately. (SGD.) CAESAR R.
