September 5, 2011 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 033-11 SUBJECT : Reportorial Requirements of the Information Planning and Quality Service (IPQS) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned I. Objectives 1. To ensure strict compliance with the submission of reportorial requirements of the Information Planning and Quality Service (IPQS). 2. To facilitate granting/revocation of system access. 3. To allow BIR offices to focus on more urgent and important tasks. II. Policies and Guidelines A. All reports for regular submission to IPQS shall be confined only to the reports listed in Annex A. B. The deadlines for the submission of reports as specified under Annex A should be strictly adhered to. C. Reports not listed in Annex A are hereby declared obsolete. Thus, submission of such shall be discontinued. III. Repealing Clause All other issuances and/or portions thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Order are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly. IV. Effectivity This Order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.) KIM S.
