March 19, 2010 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 030-10 SUBJECT : Amending R MO No. 9-9 5, Revised Procedures for Processing BIR Form 1209 (Consolidated Monthly Statistical Report of Revenue Collections) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Background: An unnumbered Memorandum from Deputy Commissioner Nelson M. Aspe, dated May 5, 2009, directed all concerned offices the submission of BIR Form 1209 Reports to the Statistics Division to further improve the reporting and monitoring of said reports. Furthermore, it stated that a Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) pertaining to this new directive shall be issued accordingly. I. Objective: This Order is issued to amend certain provision of RMO No. 9-95. II. Amendment: The provision under II.A.3 of RMO No. 9-95 is hereby amended to read as follows: A. The Revenue District Office shall: 3. Submit the Consolidated Monthly Statistical Report of Revenue Collections (BIR Form No. 1209) in electronic copy to the Collection Division of the Regional Office and Statistics Division (through the email account of the Chief) not later than the 5th working day from the end of each month. This report must tally with the report forwarded to the Revenue Accounting Division. To ensure veracity and accountability, the BIR Form 1209 report must be sent through the official email account of the Revenue District Officer. III. Repealing Clause: This Order supersedes all revenue issuances or portions thereof inconsistent herewith. aETASc IV. Effectivity: This Order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.) JOEL L.
