February 17, 1986 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 03-86 SUBJECT : Assumption of Respective Position Titles under Executive Order No. 1042 Pursuant to Executive Order No. 1042 issued on July 29, 1985, and inasmuch as the Plantilla Appointments of all personnel have been certified by the undersigned, all revenue officials and employees shall now assume their respective position titles as upgraded under the List of Upgraded Classes of Positions, Annex A, of the aforesaid executive order. aisa dc This Order takes effect immediately.
