January 30, 1985 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 03-85 SUBJECT : Guidelines to Govern Changes on the Work to be Performed by the Revenue Computer Center TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned I. RATIONALE In order to ensure objectivity and uniformity in the implementation of the changes of work to be performed by the Revenue Computer Center, it is hereby directed that the following shall be followed by all concerned: cdt II. COVERAGE Changes on the work may involve the schedule, specifications, or quantity of work on the following systems: A. Taxpayer Set-up, Monitoring and Control System (TSMCS) B. Tax Refund System (TAXREF) C. Tax Receipts and Deposit System (TAXREDEP) D. Collection, Deposit and Remittance Reconciliation System (RECON-CDR) E. Revenue Input Preparation System (RIPS) F. Tax Collection Receivable System (TAXCORE) G. Computer Tax Audit and Case Assignment System (CTACA) H. Tax Statutes Updating and Inquiry System (TAXSUIS) I. Acquired Assets Administration Disposition System (ACQUAD) J. Tax Returns Processing System (TRPS) K. Expansion of Receipt and Deposits System (TAXREDEP) Luzon Phase L. Expansion of Computerized Tax Audit and Case Assignment System (CTACA) III. PRESCRIBED PROCEDURE A. Any official or employee of the Bureau of Internal Revenue may, in writing and which must be channeled thru his immediate superior, propose any change or changes in the above-enumerated system. cd i B. Any written change order must be duly authorized and approved by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue or his Deputy Commissioner in-charge in the supervision of the Revenue Computer Center prior to its implementation by the Revenue Computer Center. C. Any other request by any official or employee of the Bureau affecting the operation of the Revenue Computer Center shall likewise require the approval of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue or his Deputy Commissioner in-charge of the supervision of the Revenue Computer Center. casia IV.
