January 7, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 03-74 SUBJECT : Surcharging by Mimeograph Machine of 20,000,000 Strip Stamps, Class - P18.00 per M (20's), Denomination - P0.36, for Issuance and Affixture to Cigarettes under P25.00 per M Class (20's) TO : The Chief, Accountable Forms Division, the Chief, Tobacco Tax Division, Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Pending the arrival of the next shipment of cigarette strip stamps from Korea and to meet the unexpected big demand for strip stamps of P25.00 per M class (20's), denomination - P0.50, twenty million (20,000,000) strip stamps, class - P18.00 per M (20's), denomination - P0.36, will be surcharged to P25.00 per M class (20's), denomination - P0.50, with use of the mimeograph machine in the Office of the Assistant to the Commissioner Lauro D. Abrahan. An ad hoc committee is hereby created to supervise the surcharging of said strip stamps to be composed by the following officials: Chairman Assistant to the Commissioner Lauro D. Abrahan Members The Chief, Accountable Forms Division, or her authorized representative The Chief, Tobacco Tax Division, or his authorized representative The Chief, Accounting Division or his authorized representative The BIR Auditor or his authorized representative Upon completion of the surcharging of strip stamps herein ordered, the stencil used therefor shall be turned to the committee chairman for safekeeping and final disposition.
