January 12, 1973 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 03-73 SUBJECT : Amending Revenue Memorandum Order No. 37-72 so as to enlarge the membership of the Reorganization Plan Committee In order to avail of the services of the head of an important department of the Bureau and make the membership of the Reorganization Plan Committee created under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 37-72, dated November 20, 1972, more representative of the entire personnel, Mr. BERNARDO D.
