April 10, 2018 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 022-18 SUBJECT : Revised Guidelines and Procedures in the Conduct of Tax Compliance Verification Drive (TCVD) TO : All Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned SECTION 1. Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 9-2006 dated December 11, 2005 that prescribes the Guidelines and Procedures in the Conduct of Tax Compliance Verification Drive (TCVD) is hereby revised by removing the requirement for the Tax Mapping Team to issue a 'Reminder Letter' to all business establishments being tax mapped. SECTION 2. Part V.1.3 of the said RMO is also amended to read as follows: "V. GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES V.1. MANUAL TAX COMPLIANCE VERIFICATION DRIVE (TCVD) xxx xxx xxx 1.3 Host Revenue District Office (Host RDO) shall: 1. Coordinate with the Local Government Officials and/or Local Chief of Police concerning the operational activity that will be undertaken in the area; and 2. Coordinate and identify the Revenue Officers (RO) and Group Supervisors (GS) who will participate in the conduct of visitation, including the date and time of operation, and forward the same to the Regional Director for approval and signature." SECTION 3. Repealing Clause . All existing issuances or portions thereof which are inconsistent with this RMO are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. Effectivity .
