January 5, 1994 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 02-94 SUBJECT : Lifting of Audit Suspension for Refundable Income Tax Return of Individual Taxpayers TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned There have been complaints received by this Office that refundable income tax returns of individual taxpayers have not been acted upon by revenue officers due to the suspension of audit pursuant to RMO 31-93 dated June 1, 1993. aisa dc In order to facilitate processing of refunds arising from individual returns (1701A and 1701), the suspension of audit of such returns is hereby lifted effective immediately.
