February 3, 1987 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 02-87 SUBJECT : Clarification on Certain Portions of RMO No. 12-86 dated April 23, 1986 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned This Order is issued to clear the matter on the proper treatment of all previously issued TCCs as intended under RMO No. 12-86 dated April 23, 1986. cdt Similar to TCCs of P100.00 and below, TCCs amounting to over P100.00 but not exceeding P200.00 issued pursuant to RMO No. 30-83 shall be paid from the Trust Fund created for the purpose. Moreover, all outstanding TCC may be encashed even beyond the one-year expiration period without the need for re-issuance provided that the five-year period, from date of issuance has not lapsed. After the five-year period, however, all uncashed TCCs shall be considered void and its corresponding amount shall be reverted to the general fund. acd This Order takes effect immediately, upon approval.
