January 5, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 02-76 For the purpose of expediency in remitting collections to the Philippine Veterans Bank, Miss JUSTINIANA NALDOZA, in addition to her present function, is hereby designated as Chief Teller of the Receivable Accounts Division. All of the tellers designated under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 56-75 dated September 30, 1975, shall remit to her their collections and for the purpose of control and of fixing accountability, the remittance of collection made by the tellers to her shall be acknowledged by issuing revenue official receipts. She shall requisition revenue official receipts from the Accountable Forms Division for this purpose. She shall submit collection reports (BIR Form 12.31 and 12.01) as well as report on remittances as required of all revenue collectors. In case of her absence and/or incapacity, Miss MAXIMA CASTRO of the same Division, in addition to her present duties, shall take over the functions of the Chief Teller.
