Revocation of the Temporary Designation of Revenue Personnel as "Acting Examiners", "Acting Inspectors" and "Acting Drug Inspectors"

January 10, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 02-66 SUBJECT : Revocation of the Temporary Designation of Revenue Personnel as "Acting Examiners", "Acting Inspectors" and "Acting Drug Inspectors" TO : All Regional Directors, Chiefs Revenue Officers and Others Concerned In view of the retrenchment policy of the Administration which resulted in the termination of the services of all casual employees, the clerical positions in the different division, branches and other units of the bureau have been greatly depleted which may lead to the disruption of essential services. In view thereof, and inasmuch as t here are enough regular fieldmen assigned to investigation work, all designations of personnel as "Acting Examiners", Acting Inspectors" and "Acting Drug Inspectors", as exceptions to the requirements of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 16-64 dated March 5, 1964, are hereby revoked and the employees concerned are hereby ordered to report back to their original assignments before their designation.
