January 12, 2001 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 02-01 SUBJECT : Rollout of NOMIS-Management Reporting thru EIS Capability (Release 4) TO : All Deputy Commissioners, Assistant Commissioners, Regional Directors, Revenue District Officers, and All Others Concerned I. SCOPE This RMO defines and delineates the different functions and processes of NOMIS-Management Reporting thru EIS (Release 4) capability upon rollout. This release includes the subsystems on Statistical Reporting System and Executive Information System (EIS) of National Office Management Information Systems (NOMIS). EaTCSA II. OBJECTIVES 1. To have a clear definition/delineation of functions relative to the rollout; 2. To provide a basis for performance evaluation; 3. To inform management of the different reports/screens which can be generated/viewed for timely analysis and policy decision-making. III. GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES A. The following users of NOMIS (Release 4) shall have access on the system as provided in the NOMIS Security and Access Matrix: 1. Commissioner 2. Deputy Commissioners 3. Concerned Assistant Commissioners 4. Concerned Head Revenue Executive Assistants 5. Regional Directors 6. Asst. Regional Directors of Metro Manila and Cebu City 7. Selected Division Chiefs and Section Chiefs B. The following reports and screens can be generated, printed or viewed thru NOMIS Release 4: a. fifteen (15) Oracle Reports (Annex A) b. Thirty Four (34) SRS Reports (Annex 13) c. Seven (7) EIS Screens (Annex C) C. Performance of Additional functions will be monitored by the Policy and Planning Service as indicated in the attached Office Scorecard. (Annex D) D. The rollout of NOMIS Release 4 will follow the schedule prescribed in Annex E having complied with the conditions in the Checklist of Rollout Requirements. EDCTIa IV.
