Amending Item B of RMO No. 18-2013 on the Issuance of Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) for Transfers of Properties under the Jurisdiction of Revenue District Office No. 6-Urdaneta, East Pangasinan

May 12, 2014 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 019-14 SUBJECT : Amending Item B of RMO No. 18-2013 on the Issuance of Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) for Transfers of Properties under the Jurisdiction of Revenue District Office No. 6-Urdaneta, East Pangasinan TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned I. Objective : To prescribe the revised procedure in the issuance of the CAR due to the implementation of the Electronic Certificate Authorizing Registration (eCAR) System in Revenue Region No. 1-Calasiao, Pangasinan. II. Amendment : In the light of the implementation of the eCAR System, Item B of Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 18-2013 dated June 25, 2013, is hereby amended to read as follows: "B) Final approval of all eCARs covering transactions and transfers of properties within the area of jurisdiction of Revenue District Office No. 6-Urdaneta, East Pangasinan is hereby reverted to the Revenue District Officer or Assistant Revenue District Officer, in the absence of the former, effective May 19, 2014, which is the roll out date of the above system." Henceforth, no CARs shall be manually issued beginning on such date. However, it is emphasized that the policies and procedures, other than the above, under RMO Nos. 15-2003 and 7-2013 as amended by RMO No. 18-2013, shall still be strictly observed. ICacDE III. Repealing Clause : All issuances or portions thereof not consistent with this Order are hereby repealed or amended accordingly. IV.
