Amending RMO No. 9-2019 on the Allocation of the CY 2019 BIR Collection Goal by Implementing Office

April 22, 2019 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 018-19 TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned SUBJECT : Amending RMO No. 9-2019 on the Allocation of the CY 2019 BIR Collection Goal by Implementing Office This Order is being issued to amend Table Nos. 2 to 5F of Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 9-2019, dated 21 January 2019, prescribing the Allocation of CY 2019 BIR Collection Goal by Implementing Office, in consideration of the following: HTcADC 1. The Revised Medium-Term Revenue Program (MTRP) dated March 18, 2019. 2. Actual collections for the period January-December 2018, based on the Consolidated Monthly Statistical Report of Revenue Collections (BIR Form No. 1209) as of March 13, 2019. CY 2018 Actual collection is net of collections from Non-Recurring Transactions and Enlisted/Delisted Taxpayers. 3. Computation of Growth Rate on BIR Operations CAIHTE 4. Goal by Implementing Office CY 2019 Goal = (CY 2018 Actual Collection x 114.63%) + Goal on Tax Amnesty on Delinquencies 5. Allocation of the goal under the Tax Amnesty on Delinquencies was based on the Accounts Receivable/Delinquent Accounts Report submitted by Accounts Receivable Monitoring Division, as of December 31, 2018. This allocation has been distributed over the months of June to December 2019. 6. The goal on Estate Tax Amnesty was distributed from July to December 2019. The revised Tables are attached herewith, for your information and guidance. The goal allocations provided in RMO No. 9-2019 for the months of January to March 2019, however, shall remain unchanged, and will continue to be in effect.
