June 24, 2020 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 017-20 SUBJECT : Amending Annex A of RMO No. 5-2020 Prescribing the BIR Operational Key Performance Indicators for CY 2020 TO : All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees I. OBJECTIVE This Order is issued to amend KPI No. 13 Reduction of Tax Arrears, "Annex A" of Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 5-2020 relative to the CY 2020 Operational Key Performance Indicators for the Revenue Regions, Revenue District Offices, and Large Taxpayers Service. AScHCD II. REPEALING CLAUSE The portions of RMO No. 5-2020 which are inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly. III. EFFECTIVITY This Order takes effect immediately.
