April 2, 2019 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 017-19 TO : All Internal Revenue Officials/Personnel and All Others Concerned SUBJECT : Amendment to Revenue Memorandum Order No. 33-2001 in the Granting of Regular Access to Users of the BIR-Integrated Tax System (ITS) I. Objective This Order provides the amended policies in the granting of regular access to BIR-ITS users with deficiencies in or without the required/appropriate training/s for their assigned/designated ITS role/function. AIDSTE II. Policies A. Regular access shall be granted to ITS users based on the: Approved Security Access Matrix (SAM) and required/appropriate trainings; Approved SAM and role designation/job performance for at least a year (for ITS users with deficiencies or without the required/appropriate training/s) B. ITS users requesting conversion of special access to regular access shall secure an endorsement from the Head of Office, adequately supporting/justifying said access conversion. SDAaTC III. Repealing Clause RMO No. 33-2001 and all other issuances and/or portion/s thereof inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked and/or amended accordingly. IV.
