Amending RMO No. 12-2020 Prescribing the Allocation of the CY 2020 BIR Collection Goal by Implementing Office

June 8, 2020 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 016-20 TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned SUBJECT : Amending RMO No. 12-2020 Prescribing the Allocation of the CY 2020 BIR Collection Goal by Implementing Office This has reference to the revised BIR collection goal for 2020 which was approved by the Development Budget Coordination Committee (DBCC) last May 12, 2020. The Bureau's CY 2020 collection goal was reduced to P1.744 Trillion. In this regard, this Order is being issued to amend Table Nos. 2 to 5F of Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 12-2020, dated 27 April 2020, prescribing the Allocation of CY 2020 BIR Collection Goal by Implementing Office, in consideration of the following: 1. The Bureau's revised collection goal of P1,744.104 Billion, comprises the BIR Operations collection goal of P1,700,033 Billion and P44.071 Billion for Non-BIR Operations. 2. The revised BIR Operations collection goal of P1,700.033 Billion is lower by P505.867 Billion or 22.93% compared to the previous collection goal of P2,205.900 Billion as shown below: CAIHTE 3. The decrease in BIR Operations collection goal of 22.93% was uniformly applied to all Implementing Offices.
