May 15, 2012 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 014-12 SUBJECT : Addendum to Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 11-2012, Allocation of CY 2012 BIR Collection Goal by Implementing Office Under the Large Taxpayers Service TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned I. Objective This order is being issued to ensure equitable distribution of CY 2012 collection goal to implementing offices under the Large Taxpayers Service (LTS) and in compliance to Part IV.A of RMO No. 11-2012. II. Data and Methodology Used The following are the data and goal allocation methodology used in the distribution to implementing offices: 1. CY 2011 actual collection based on LT Document Processing and Quality Assurance Division (LTDPQAD) report as of February 16, 2012. 2. CY 2012 assigned goal to LTS pursuant to RMO No. 11-2012. 3. The distribution of collection goal to implementing offices is aligned with the general allocation methodology used under RMO No. 11-2012. 4. The goal on Excise Taxes amounting to P71.089 billion was allocated to LT Excise Audit Divisions (LTEADs) 1 and 2 at P27.626 billion and P43.463 billion, respectively. 5. The Income Tax goal of P9.185 billion on MALAMPAYA was allocated to LTEAD1. TDaAHS 6. The estimated goal on BSP-FWT in the amount of P19.946 billion was allocated to LT Regular Audit Division 2. 7. The monthly goal allocation by implementing office/by major tax type was based on the monthly trend of the actual CY 2011 collections. III. Attachment The following are Annexes A and B for your reference: Annex "A" Revised Total Collection Goal Allocation by Implementing Office, CY 2012; and Annex "B" Revised Monthly Collection Goal Allocation by Implementing Office and Major Tax Type, CY 2012.
