March 4, 2019 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 013-19 SUBJECT : Amending Section V (B) (3.1.2) of Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 3-2009 on the Composition of the National Office Review Board TO : All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned This Order is hereby issued to amend Section V (B) (3.1.2) of RMO No. 3-2009 to read as follows: HESIcT "3.1.2 For National Office Cases. The National Office Review Board shall be composed of the following revenue officials: Chairman: Asst. Commissioners (ACIRs), ES/LTS Members: Representative, Division having jurisdiction over the taxpayer Representative, Office of the Deputy Commissioner (Legal Group) Representative, Office of the Deputy Commissioner (Operations Group) Representative, Legal Service" This Order shall take effect immediately.
