January 6, 1975 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 01-75 The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring and in view of the lack of examiners in Revenue District No. 40, Batangas City, Mr. BENIGNO A. HERNANDES is hereby relieved of his duties as Revenue Collection Coordinator of Batangas City and is hereby designated as Acting Revenue Examiner in RD-40, Batangas City. cdt As Acting Examiner, he is authorized to conduct investigations in the said revenue district only. This Order takes effect immediately and the designation shall continue to be in force and in effect while he is assigned in Revenue District No. 40. MISAEL P.
