January 13, 1969 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 01-69 SUBJECT : Policy Cases Under the Jurisdiction of the National Office TO : All Regional Directors and Others Concerned In order to carry out effectively the intent and purposes of Revenue Administrative Orders No. 1-68 and No. 2-68, it is hereby declared that all the special cases enumerated therein are policy cases within the jurisdiction of the National Office. In this connection, you are hereby instructed to desist from issuing Letters of Authority, even only for business tax purposes, on all the cases mentioned in the said Revenue Administrative Orders. All the business and income tax returns of taxpayers falling under the said Revenue Administrative Orders, particularly those enjoying the privilege of tax exemptions whole or partial, under the National Internal Revenue Code and other special laws administered by the Bureau of Internal Revenue, should immediately be segregated and forwarded to this Office.
