April 18, 2017 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 009-17 SUBJECT : Presidential Appointment and Assumption to Duty of Nestor S. Valeroso as Special Assistant with Rank of Deputy Commissioner TO : All Internal Revenue Officials and Others Concerned In view of the appointment of Nestor S. Valeroso as Special Assistant with rank of Deputy Commissioner, Bureau of Internal Revenue, by the President and his assumption of duties to principally assist the Commissioner in the direct supervision of the Operations Group and help ensure the effective assessment and collection of internal revenue taxes, effective on even date, all documents, reports, papers and correspondence prepared for the approval or signature of Nestor S. Valeroso shall be prepared in the following manner: acEHCD NESTOR S. VALEROSO Deputy Commissioner This Order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.) CAESAR R. DULAY Commissioner of Internal Revenue
